The professionals at SAVIS, Inc. provide the answers to questions regarding new or renovated facilities. SAVIS, Inc. schedules meetings to document the requirements of the manufacturing processes contained within the facility. Then, the experienced SAVIS, Inc. personnel research the current industry requirements and local ordinances. The SAVIS, Inc. technical staff, along with representatives from the client, the architectural firm, the contracting company, etc., then develops a detailed Facility Specification, that contains the specifications for all aspects of the facility development.

After the construction is completed, the SAVIS, Inc. engineers perform a detailed and documented acceptance test to ensure that the facility is ready for operation. Any identified discrepancies are addressed while the contractor is still on-site. If the facility is used for producing a regulated product, the professionals at SAVIS, Inc. perform a facility validation for the regulated areas and associated equipment upon closeout of the acceptance test deviations.

When the facility validation is complete and the process equipment is installed, the equipment engineers at SAVIS, Inc. perform the integration and validation of the equipment and processes used in the new facility.
